FILE FORMATS FOR LOGO PACKAGES

  • Adobe Illustator (.AI)
    This is an Adobe Illustrator format file. This is a vector based format file. You may edit the design from this file.
  • EPS (.EPS)
    Open this file using Adobe Photoshop or any other image editor software. This file will allow you to choose the size that you desire and set the image quality that you prefer. After selecting, the image file will be created. This file can be used for print (for print, just select as CMYK colors) or for web just select as RGB colors. This is a bitmap file. Bitmaps are the opposite of Vector format files. Once you enlarge a Bitmap file, you will lose the image quality.
  • JPEG (.JPG)
    This file is in CMYK colors for print. This is in 300dpi resolution – high image quality. This is a Bitmap file.
  • GIF (.GIF)
    This file is in RGB colors for web. Various sizes are provided for easy usage on your webpage. This is a Bitmap file in transparent mode. The image quality is customized for faster web loading.
  • PNG (.PNG)
    This is a RGB web file but in transparent mode for all web purposes. This is in 300dpi resolution – high image quality. This is a Bitmap file.
  • Adobe Acrobat (.PDF)
    This can be opened using Adobe Acrobat/ Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator/ Macromedia Freehand. Some printers/ print shops will require this file.
  • Adobe Flash (.FLA)
    This is the original animation file. This is used on Adobe Flash software. Only applicable if your logo package comes with an animated logo.
  • Adobe Flash (.SWF)
    This file can be used for animation. Include this file on your website to activate the animation. Only applicable if your logo package comes with an animated logo.
  • Fonts (.PFM/ .PFB/ .TTF) used for the final chosen artwork.

* We do not provide black & white files for your final chosen logo design. This is an additional $9.00.
* We do not provide final stationery artwork with bleeds for print. This is an additional $19.00.
* If you would like to purchase additional logo concepts, it is priced at $29.00.

FILE FORMATS FOR WEB PACKAGES

  • Adobe Photoshop (.PSD)
    This is the original file where we created your web design. Open this file by using Adobe Photoshop. The file will contain various layers for each design element.
  • Hypertext Markup Language (.HTML)
    This is the file for your website. Upload these files to your host and your webiste will be live on the internet.
  • PHP : Hypertext Preprocessor (.PHP)
    This is the file for your web forms. PHP is a programming language that makes your web forms/ contact forms/ feedback forms function online.
  • Cascading Style Sheets (.CSS)
    This is the file that controls all your font settings on your web files - HTML and PHP. This file controls your font size, font color, font settings, font style and much more.
  • JPEG (.JPG)
    This file is in RGB colors for web. The image quality is customized for faster web loading.
  • GIF (.GIF)
    This file is in RGB colors for web. The image quality is customized for faster web loading.

HOW IT WORKS

Getting your design project started is as easy as A-B-C! Our step-by-step design process explains clearly to you how it is done in a few simple steps.

PLACE YOUR ORDER

Everything takes place securely online. To place your order, please go to:

Select the design package or design service that best suits your needs. All you need to do is just select the service you prefer or create your own custom package, fill out the order form by providing information about yourself and just make payment via credit card/ Paypal.

After payment is made, you will be directed to login to the Design Lounge to submit your design details at https://panel.logodesigncreation.com/login.

If you fail to submit the design details, the designers will not be able to proceed with your order. The more information you provide about your company, the easier it would be for our creative designers to craft a design/ artwork according to your specific requirements.

* For existing customers who wish to make orders, please login and click on the ORDER NOW link (on the top right of the Design Lounge page) to place your order. This is to allow you to manage all your orders in one account.

DESIGNERS START WORK ON YOUR PROJECT

The designers will get started on your project upon receiving your project details.

In this phase, our team of visualizers and designers will come up with 1 or more concepts (depending on the selected service) within 24-48 hours or more, keeping in mind your exact requirements.

Our designers will utilize various design applications to create the design concepts for you.requirements.

* We close during the weekends and for any updates or response, we will proceed by Monday unless you have purchased for weekend updates.

Pick The Design That You Like

Upon the completion of these initial design concepts, you will be required to view the designs (in .jpg format) and choose the one you like the best.

Designs will be posted on the Design Lounge and a notification will be sent to you via e-mail.

To view designs on the Design Lounge, just login with your username and password on the login panel to view the artwork.

Revisions On Your Design Project

Our design department will then start working on improving the design you picked from the options sent to you.

This time, the designer, who is assigned to your job, will then get the changes done according to your requirements.

This process continues until you are fully satisfied with the design.

Approve The Order For Final Design Files

The design process is complete! And finally, the one final design you chose will be delivered to you in different formats for print & web usage. File formats given to you, will depend on the service that you have purchased.

* We only provide one set of final files for all our services. For additional files, we charge an additional fee of $9.

To purchase any additional concepts that differ from the original approved version, it is priced at $29.

Once a project is approved and finalised, revisions are not permitted. Each revision is priced between $9 - $39 depending on your requirements.
Payments for these additional will be charged upon your request upon finalisation.

All final files are zipped and stored on our server for you to download. The link of the zip file will be sent to you via the Design Lounge. Files are removed from our server within 6 months - 1 year. If for any reason, you lose your files, back–up is provided but there is a restoration fee of $19.
